3. Quotations & Service Confirmation

All pricing estimates provided through this website, phone consultations, or messaging platforms are preliminary estimates:

• Final quotations are confirmed only after our technicians complete an on-site property inspection or review verified architectural/structural drawings (in the case of pre-construction termite treatments).
• Treatment scopes, re-entry intervals, and safety preparation measures are agreed upon prior to service delivery.
• Commercial and aviation disinsection agreements are subject to separate formal service-level contracts.

4. Client Responsibilities & Safety

To ensure maximum efficacy and personal safety, clients agree to follow all pre-treatment instructions (such as vacating treatment areas, covering food, and securing pets) and observe re-entry times specified by our technicians. Crepps Fumigation Services Ltd is not liable for issues arising from failure to observe provided safety guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we deliver pest control services with professional skill and industry-grade products, we do not warrant that all pest harbourages will be permanently eliminated with a single treatment if structural defects, unsanitary conditions, or untreated neighbouring properties allow re-infestation. To the extent permitted by the laws of Ghana, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services is limited as far as possible, and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

All text, graphics, logos, marks, and design elements on this website are the property of Crepps Fumigation Services Ltd and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
